For the nomination form the constitution require that candidates gets endorsement from their branches and 2 or 3 other branches depending on position they are vying for.

Candidates will be required to input personal information
1. Position to contest
2. Full name
3. Branch
4. Year of Graduation
5. Matriculation Number
6. Current or previous position in the association or committee service at the Global or Branch level.
The following uploads are mandatory requirement.
a. Evidence of payment of annual dues for January to October 2025.
b. Evidence of payment for nomination form to the designated account.
c. Passport photo
d. Endorsement letter signed by chairman and secretary of his/her branch
e. Endorsement letter signed by secretary and chairman of supporting branches as required by the constitution. 3 for President and 2 for others.
